Clark Bavin: President

Clark has more than twenty years of motion picture experience, including both the film and video mediums. He does it all—producing, executive producing, editing, directing—and has awards to prove it. He is the guiding force behind every project at Video Solutions. When he started Video Solutions, he was the staff. Now he has an entire team to assist him achieve results for his clients. You may even see his tiniest assistant in the offices on a few rare days after preschool. You will definitely find Clark at local meetings of the film and video organizations and at the Washington Board of Trade, Alexandria Chamber of Commerce and other Alexandria community group events.

Justin Toops: VP of Production & Senior Editor

Justin is the one who creates magic from all the parts. He is integral to creating the production design and look, and to delivering a successful project. His role as the VP of Production is to guide the project from beginning through completion. He is the one who sees the big picture and translates that to the individual steps required to succeed. He transforms ideas into a direction and plan. But that is not all, Justin is also our editor. He turns hours of raw footage and images into a video that works. Before he moved to our edit suite with a view of the Potomac, he worked with PBS, CNN, UPN, National Geographic Explorer and other impressive groups. A former teen chess champion, he has the focus and drive to succeed and the mind for finding the best strategy for a given project.

 John Bradley: Production Coordinator & Assistant Editor

John helps to keep all our projects on track!  He is in charge of coordinating everyone's schedules, locations, and putting our team together for each project.  John also assists Justin whenever and however necessary. He came to Video Solutions as a college intern and liked it so much he decided to return full time, after a brief sabbatical in Alaska. John is an Alexandria native. When he is not working on film and video projects, he likes to tinker with his 1969 VW Beetle.

Roma Roberts: Office Manager

Roma manages the office and is the master of details for Video Solutions—and she has had a lot of practice. She has been a mainstay at the company and Clark’s “Gal Friday”. She is the core of our team and is as reliable and trusty as her own Westie, Jazz.
