Managing a production schedule is a never-ending task—a task we relish.

We get a rush from the hectic pace of video production—the scheduling, shooting and editing frenzy that happens with every project.

But we know that there are always so many details to track and people to manage that it can be overwhelming for a client. We understand that the hectic pace and deluge of details can be daunting for anyone who isn’t used to them and trained in our industry.

That’s why we take charge from the beginning. We work with our clients to create realistic, and workable schedules. We also assign a producer for each project who is responsible for scheduling and management. It is the producer’s job to stay on top of the details.

But we don’t stop there. We have a master schedule that can be accessed by the team so everyone can stay informed, on track and involved. This team approach to project management ensures that no detail is forgotten or ignored.

Our producer is also responsible for communication between our team and the client. We understand that communication is a critical component of project management and it is one that we take seriously.
