Brief: This year, we created the Employee Video Guide as an entirely on-line experience giving the audience complete control of what they watched and when.  With over 40 minutes of user-driven content, this on-line guide highlighs the functions and convenience of the Federal Flexible Spending Account Program that is available for government employees.
